Music created for the glory of God!
Shibboleth has been the bands name since the beginning. With one thing being constant, that is the faith it's founded on! So what does Shibboleth mean you ask, Well we used it in the terms defined by the bible in the book of Judges. They used it as a way to distinguish between the different tribes. One would pronounce shibboleth with the sh- sound and the others would pronounce it with just an s- sound.
Once spoken the tribes could identify if a person was from the same tribe or from an opposing one, friend-or-foe, and react accordingly.

 Buddy(currently lead guitar & singer) our resident multi-talented musician and audio-engineer has been teaching music and recording for the last 7+ years!

In years past, the band has developed and grown with many members for varying lengths of time. With Christ formed in them, these Men have continued their journey exploring other gifts and relationships.

Music here is valued for reasons far greater than self expression or fame. It is the desire of our hearts to worship him and sing him a new song just as the bible instructs us. Music is a tool to cast down imaginings and heal hearts. Through lyrics we speak truth and light, and through the musical vibrations and tones, loves is emanated.

Ephesians 5:19 - Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;

Psalms 33:3 - Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise.

Just as our music has grown, so have our families! And with each of us supporting one another many gifts have developed! Shibboleth, now coined recording studio, has its own shirt design, seen on our littlest musician, Isaiah.
